This WindBine TM Part is for the Trailer Modification that the Inventor used to support and build his WindBine TM!  These parts are the Deck Pedestal Foot for attaching the Lower Deck Pedestals to the build trailer deck! If using this art, the Inventor advises to match up to bolt solid to a support member of the trailer deck!
