This is the WindBine TM Base or Tower Rack System Layout indicating all of the circuit boards and components of the Base or Tower Cabinet!  The block indicated by 'Actuator' is the power and control of the electrical over hydraulic 'Dexter' or 'Hydrastar' actuator for the hydraulic disk brake activation of each of the 3 disk brakes the Inventor used to apply or lock the Prop Brakes!
