Inventor's WindBine TM List, Description and Location of Circuit Boards

This is the Inventor's WindBine TM List, Description and Location of Circuit Boards types that he used to automatically operate and safely shutdown when necessary, all aspects of his WindBine TM system.  Two of these types, the Charge Control Processor Module or 'Charge Controller' and the circuit board mounted on this Module called the Charge Control Slice Module are optional for the Inventor's system.  In place of these, the Inventor has also developed and tested the use of an appropriately designed Step-down Transformer that he used to bypass the Charge Controller and Control Slice Module and go directly to conversion of DC power for charging his battery bank!  This may be preferred for some User/Builder's applications of the Copyrighted art where, similar to the Inventor's WindBine TM, the alternators are Field Controlled and therefore, along with a Step-down Transformer to match the lower battery bank voltage levels, are able to directly charge the battery bank!
