WindBine TM Lower Deck Pedestal Mount ASSY

This WindBine TM Part is for the Trailer Modification that the Inventor used to support and build his WindBine TM!  This part mounts on the Lower Trailer Deck and is used by the Inventor to support his WindBine TM during construction and when trailering out to his local site for set-up! The Inventor always chains around the Pole and support Yokes and does not use this on any public roadways or recommend that anyone should do this!
