WindBine TM Lower Deck Pedestal Pole Support Yoke and Spacers

This WindBine TM Part is for the Trailer Modification that the Inventor used to support and build his WindBine TM!  This part mounts at the top of the Pedestal Mounts to support the center pole of the WindBine TM that, only with a chain and chain tightener, support the WindBine during construction and when trailered out to the local site for setup!
